Stand Up Paddleboarding (SUP) is sweeping the world, stroke by stroke, wave by wave.
It is an awesome combination of paddling and surfing where you do not need a wave to enjoy it.
Paddleboarding offers an amazing, full body work-out and is becoming a favourite cross-training activity for skiers, snowboarders and other athletes.
What to Wear - Wear anything you don't mind getting wet in. Bathing suit, fitness attire etc
What to Bring- We advise you to bring/wear sunscreen, cheap sunglasses, a plastic bag or phone case if you are taking your phone
Previous Paddling experience required to rent.
Everyone is required to sign a waiver You must be 18 years of age or older to sign a Waiver.
(under 18 years of age require parent/guardian to sign Waiver )
Weather - The weatherman is not always right . If we feel conditions are not safe for SUP we will cancel within 2 hours of the lesson - even if it is sunny and warm the lake conditions can be not safe. WSUP Toronto always reschedules.
