Fluid Yoga


 Fluid Yoga Classes 

This class combines the elements of paddling with Vinyasa Yoga on a SUP board.

The class will include a short paddle and then a 45 minute Yoga sequence on your floating mat. This summer consider the lake your new studio!

*not recommended for beginner paddlers
