Group SUP Boarding Classes

SUP Paddle Boarding Fluid Yoga TorontoDoing yoga on a stand up paddle board is a wonderful way to experience nature while increasing balance and focus.

If you can stand on one foot, you CAN do yoga on the water. Get your feet wet with SUP yoga tips and pose with Gudrun Hardes.

The water is your studio and the board is your mat. 
The class will include a short paddle and then a 45 minute Yoga sequence on your floating mat. Class is a vinyasa class ending with a meditation.

Starting June 21 - 
Wednesdays at 6:30 pm and Saturdays 8 am. 
For the class to take place we need a minimum 3 people, so invite your friends!
